We are a boutique Chartered Accountancy firm specializing in multi jurisdictions – viz. India & USA.
Our journey
Our journey started in 1997 as a single owner firm of Chartered Accountants in traditional practice of audit, assurance, tax consultancy and compliances. From a full service firm, we gradually identified our niche areas and now concentrate on our core offerings. We are now a 25+ strong team having two offices each at Bhavnagar and Surat. In 2011, we commenced our US accounting division and in 2019, we commenced US Tax Filing division. As a firm, we are always forward looking experimenting and adopting new technologies. We pride ourselves in achieving almost hundred percent paperless office and hybrid work model of work from office coupled with work from home post Covid pandemic.
Our firm is bound by ethical standards issued by ICAI and by standards of ethics and conduct by IRS for paid tax return preparers and data security standards.

We understand that protection of the personal data of the client is of paramount importance in today’s time. Data breaches have serious regulatory consequences for the firm as well as for the client. We engage and employ best practices and procedures as laid down by IRS for data protection / safeguarding, security best practices, and backup and continuity plans.
